The sales and counter staff were both friendly and quick, But no one bothered to tell me that Credit card sales were final. I would not bother to return had I know this.

The friendly and helpful staff is key to this business. They went out of their way to find me an obscure part to a 20 year old faucet, even by pulling out the original manufactures catalog to find it!
